STRØM is the sister restaurant to KYST located in Busselton, Western Australia, carrying through a shared love of beautiful surroundings, seasonal food, and laid-back, elevated dining.
Derived from the Norwegian word for stream, STRØM draws inspiration from its East Perth home — a neighbourhood where the Swan River flows past lively streets, peaceful green spaces, and layers of Perth’s historic charm.
East Perth offers a unique balance of nature and city life. From morning walks along the water to golden-hour drinks by the cove, it’s a place where life moves at a gentler pace. STRØM reflects this rhythm — relaxed but refined, rooted in seasonality, and shaped by the energy of the river.
STRØM is open 7 days a week (from 11am - late) for Lunch and Dinner, and caters for all functions and events of many types and sizes. Our menu is led by freshness and simplicity, celebrating local produce and honest flavours, with dishes designed to complement the natural flow of the day — light and vibrant for lunch, generous and soulful by evening.
